About

Recalibrate
and Realign.

Join the movement.

Stop Identity Drift.

Most high achievers do not need more motivation. They need alignment.

They live with a mental storm of opportunities, responsibilities, risks, and expectations, all competing for priority. You’ve been successful because you can handle complexity. You can juggle multiple priorities. You can absorb pressure and keep moving.

But there is not enough of you to go around. Under stress, you default. You protect image. You go along to get along. Each level of success demands more of you. More decisions. More judgment. More presence. When everything feels urgent, you stop thinking with the fullness you once did.

Eventually, you begin defending decisions you don’t fully respect. That is a sign your identity has drifted.

The Problem No One Talks About

Great success can still feel unfulfilling. You are more than your business. Most people have some sense of what a good life looks like. They have a sense of what a good person is.

But if you never articulated it, something else did. Pressure. Culture. Pattern. Fear. Not intention.

And that has consequences.

The Be You Movement is simple, but not easy.

  • Complete the assessments
  • Verify statements
  • Align your important decisions to it
  • Live it consistently under pressure

Through the Manifesto Builder, you define your standard clearly. Not abstract values. Specific commitments. Boundaries. Priorities. Non-negotiables.

Through the Coping Identities Assessment, you expose the patterns you default to under stress so they stop deciding for you.

Through the books and tools, you practice deliberate choice. Repeatedly.

Alignment is disciplined. When your hands act in line with what your heart believes and your mind affirms, something steadies. Inner peace is the signal that your decisions are yours.

Restore the freedom to decide. Help one million leaders define their version of success and align their lives to it. Everything you are a part of gets stronger.

Be You

“In his book, Embrace for Impact, John Fairclough challenges you to be you. Sounds simple enough, but being authentically you takes courage and humility. This is NOT someone else's playbook. This book helps you become the best version of you. It's exactly what your coworkers, your family, friends and community all need from you the most.”

“Embrace for Impact! Crack the MyOS Code. Win the Inner War is a powerful reminder that impact doesn’t come from perfection, but from alignment and authenticity. It’s refreshingly honest and practical, challenging you to stop performing and start leading as your real self, something most leadership books miss. I found myself reflecting long after I put it down. This one actually sticks with you.”

“Embrace for IMPACT! Offers a rare blend of hard-earned wisdom and clear insight. John Fairclough cuts through the noise of conventional leadership advice, to give leaders the practical tools and framework to lead as themselves with clarity. A book for leaders who are done performing for others and ready to lead with authenticity.”

CEO & Chief Visionary Officer — Royal Elite Vodka “The World’s Finest Vodka®”

I’ve spent nearly three decades in the sporting garment industry, and by the grace of God, I didn’t just build a brand, I built a global one. The best of the best have worn my gear: elite collegiate and professional owners, coaches, and athletes from around the world. So when I say I know winners, that’s not talk, that’s experience.

Which brings me to this: John Fairclough is a winner. I don’t attach my name to anything or anyone unless they are. If you’re serious about taking your career and mindset to the next level, stop looking. EMBRACE FOR IMPACT is it.

And why are you still reading this blurb? Go read the book.”

I’m John Fairclough.

I learned leadership under pressure. I grew up without safety nets and developed patterns to survive long before I understood what I was doing.

For years, I built and led multiple businesses. I created SmartSpend™ and later MyOS, and helped scale service companies from local operations to international providers. I handled what came my way. I was effective and successful. I accomplished a great deal, but internally I was divided. I went along to get along for far too long. I drifted.

Eventually, I stopped explaining and started taking responsibility for my decisions. I recovered my core identity. I reclaimed my free will. I aligned my decisions with my definition of a good man.

That’s when I felt my strongest. I finally got my hands, heart, and mind to work together and I felt indestructible.

My work now focuses on helping leaders stop drifting and start choosing deliberately.

Be you. Run your playbook. Become more fully who you already are.
